Review of IHE Technical Framework - Structure & Terminology: Those new to reading IHE Technical Framework documentation will get a jump-start in this presentation. We explain IHE terminology (domain, actor, profile...) and the structure & location of IHE documentation. You'll be more efficient finding & reading the IHE Technical Framework if you start here first. (slides only)

Introduction to the IHE North American Connectathon HIMSS13 Interoperability Showcase: provides those who first-timers to these two events an overview of the basic impetus and structure of the Connectathon and Interoperability Showcase. You will learn what it takes to get involved, the benefits of participation, and how to start to engage through the IHE and Showcase registration processes. (slides only)

IHE Connectathon Registration using gazelle:

There are three tasks in gazelle to complete registration for the IHE N.A. Connectathon testing session:

1. User accounts and contacts: managing gazelle user accounts (logins) and company/organization details; entering contact information (slides only)
2. IHE System registration: entering test system(s), profiles, actors, and options (slides only)
3. Connectathon contract: how to generate (slides only)
